Complaints procedure
How to raise a concern or make a complaint to SIA School.
We want every student and guardian to have a positive experience at SIA School. We follow clear procedures to maintain a high standard in everything we do. If something has not met your expectations, the steps below help us address your concern promptly.
Step 1
Students or guardians should first raise the concern with the student’s mentor. The mentor will look into the matter and explain what action will be taken.
Step 2
If you are not satisfied with the mentor’s response, contact the school’s headteacher. The headteacher will investigate the complaint and explain what action will be taken.
Step 3
If you are still not satisfied with how your complaint has been handled, contact Head of School Ali Olad at ali.olad@mubarak.se.
If you have a suggestion for how we could improve our work, rather than a specific complaint, we encourage you to share it through our regular surveys, at parent meetings or through the student council. We are committed to continuous improvement and welcome active participation in our quality assurance work.
